We have a ten-day return policy.  If your item is not as advertised please contact us within 10 days of the date the item was shipped.  We will send you a return authorization number via email.  Once you receive that number you have seven days to return the item in the same packaging in which it was sent.  We will then your credit card or PayPal account when we receive the item.

We insure all our shipments.  If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper. 

We cannot cancel an order once it is placed - sorry!
